SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION CALL
To begin the hiring process, you must schedule a 30 minute consultation call and submit a Travel Inquiry Form. Consultations allow for Michaels Destinations Travel Professional to properly assess what you need, decide which services will best suit you, customize your experience to your expectations, and get started immediately!
SIGN HIRING CONTRACT AND PAY INITIAL SERVICE FEE
After you agree to move forward with the booking process, Michaels Destinations Travel will discuss the travel services concierge fees to conduct travel research.
Base Concierge Fee is $25 ( 1-4 Guests)
Groups between 5-10 guests require an initial concierge fee of $50.
Groups over 20 guests require an initial concierge fee of $100.
To begin researching accommodations and amenities, the concierge fee must be paid by the lead traveler. This amount is not applied to your trip, it is paid directly to Michaels Destinations Travel LLC, and is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
VACATION QUOTE PRESENTATION
Once the concierge fee is paid, allow 3 business days for your vacation quote to be created, unless stated otherwise. Upon receiving vacation quote, a scheduled phone call will be conducted to go over the quote. During this time, we will review the vacation quote together and if you have any questions or modifications, we can discuss those at that time.
SECURE YOUR VACATION!
After you decide that you want to move forward with the quote and your group is ready to pay their initial deposit, we will schedule a date for everyone to make their payment. Once initial deposit payments are secured; your payment collection, announcements, and vacation preparation will be conducted by Michaels Destinations Travel LLC Professional.
